engine.instructor.create.learning.php This file will first look to see if the user has submitted a learning to be created.
If the user has not, it will display the template instructor.create.learning.form.template.php If there are courses to choose from, otherwise it will display an error page. If a learning has been submitted, the file will attempt to insert the data into the datastore, and create the learnings tutorial storage directory in the parent course's directory.
