There is no official installation and administration documentation yet. Post questions of the forums if you need any help installing or using Kuote.
Kuote is fully documented using phpDocumentor syntax. Documentation can be generated using phpDocumentor using only the Kuote source code files. For your conveneince, you can also find them here.
